The Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Phennapha Klangsinsirikul, Dean, along with Associate Professor Dr. Aatit Paungmali, Associate Dean, Associate Professor Dr. Ratchada Cressey, Assistant Dean, and AMS faculty members, warmly welcomed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chen, Shiou-Wen and students from Shu Zen Junior College of Medicine and Management, Taiwan. The delegation is visiting to participate in a clinical practicum with the Department of Radiologic Technology from September 7 to October 7, 2026.

On the same occasion, the executive team also welcomed Miss Megan Constance French, a student from The University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She will be undertaking clinical training and conducting research on the topic "Development of the high throughput methods for detection of antimalarial drug resistance related genes in Plasmodium falciparum isolates from Thailand." Her program will be under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Jintana Yanola from the Department of Medical Technology, taking place from September 1, 2026, to May 29, 2027.

The welcoming ceremony was held at Meeting Room 1, 1st Floor, Building 2, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University.
