The Office of the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences (AMS), Chiang Mai University, held its "Annual Faculty Office Seminar 2026" from August 28–29, 2026, at North Hill City Resort. The seminar aimed to reinforce ethical standards and operational integrity, prevent corruption risks, boost work efficiency, and provide an open platform to address operational challenges and exchange feedback. The event also focused on promoting staff mental health and well-being to drive sustainable organizational development.

The program featured an insightful session on “Integrity, Ethics, and Corruption Risk Prevention in the Workplace, along with Integrated Work Enhancement.” The faculty was honored to have Mr. Tan Visitpanich, Director of the Legal Division, Chiang Mai University, as the guest speaker. He shared vital knowledge on ethical standards, moral integrity, and practical guidelines to prevent corruption risks in daily administrative operations.

The afternoon session highlighted the wellness activity “Healing Minds, Igniting Passion at Work,” led by Mr. Kampon Maichandee and Ms. Pimolpun Kuntawong, psychologists from the Student Development Division, Chiang Mai University. The session focused on promoting psychological well-being and self-care skills to help staff work happily and effectively.

Additionally, the seminar included the “Meet the New Leaders: Open Hearts, Open Conversations, Moving Forward Together” session, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Phennapha Klangsinsirikul, Vice Dean, along with members of the new executive board. The session provided a warm platform for leadership to meet and converse with office personnel, exchange visions and mutual expectations, and foster strong collaboration to drive the faculty office forward together.
