The Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences (AMS), Chiang Mai University, officially signed academic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements with Ban Waen Sub-district Municipality and Chiang Dao Sub-district Municipality. The partnerships aim to foster education, research, and the development of localized knowledge bases to effectively reform healthcare systems for community residents.

The signing ceremony was attended by Associate Professor Dr. Aatit Paungmali, Vice Dean of AMS CMU, and Assistant Professor Dr. Siriphan Kongsawasdi, Assistant Dean, alongside Mr. Phitak Torjai, Deputy Mayor of Ban Waen Sub-district Municipality, and Mr. Phrommin Daosaeng, Deputy Mayor of Chiang Dao Sub-district Municipality. The event took place on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Conference Room 1, Building 2, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University.
