The Division of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Department of Occupational Therapy, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences (AMS), Chiang Mai University, hosted its 2026 Annual Workshop titled "Restart Your Speech: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Post-Stroke Speech Rehabilitation."

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Jananya Panyamee Dhippayom, Vice Dean of AMS CMU, with a report delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Sarinya Sriphetcharawut, Head of the Department of Occupational Therapy. The workshop took place from May 26–28, 2026, at the Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai.

The seminar aimed to enhance the capabilities of healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams in rehabilitating communication abilities for stroke patients. The program combined the transmission of evidence-based practices with simulation-based training and academic knowledge exchange. This integration ensures that practitioners can effectively and sustainably apply these skills to improve communication and elevate the quality of life for stroke patients. The event honored several specialized experts who served as speakers, facilitating both lectures and hands-on practical sessions.
