Terms and Conditions for participation in the AMS Grad Symposium 2022 (June 1-2, 2022)
Organized by the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, Thailand

Participants have understood and, including agreeing to keep the information confidential (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with details as follows

1. “Information” means anything that conveys the meaning of a message, idea, story, or fact, that is conveyed through any means and whether it is made in any form, including: formula, form, work that has been compiled or assembled as program, method, technique or process

2. Information disclosed in this symposium is used for exchanging knowledge only, forbidden to:

    (1) use it for commercial purposes or develop it into a product or technology

    (2) use or attempt to use the information or material obtained from the information for any other purpose without the authorization of the information provider

    (3) refer to or incorporate as part of any invention or any claim for the protection of intellectual property rights of the recipient; unless the informant has given written permission or consent.

3. Information that must be kept confidential does not include the following information

   (1) The information was already known to the general public during this activity.

   (2) Information that the participants can show that they have or had already been recognized before the implementation of this activity

   (3) Information that the participants can show that they have received from other third parties who are entitled to provide information and has no obligation to conceal information

   (4) The information that the participants can show is the information obtained from their own development. without reference or use of the information of the informant
