Professor Dr. Sakorn Pornprasert, Dean of the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, along with the faculty's executive team, extended a warm welcome to researchers from Hirosaki University and Hiroshima University, Japan. The delegation visited to attend a progress meeting on collaborative research with the Radionuclide Environmental Surveillance Laboratory (RES Lab). The meeting was held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Meeting Room 1, Building 2, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences.

On the same occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Nathupakorn Dechsupa, Head of the Department of Radiologic Technology, together with faculty members, hosted a consultative meeting to expand cooperation in research, as well as staff and student exchanges under the J-PEAKS project. This session took place at the Department of Radiologic Technology Meeting Room, Building 2.

In addition to reporting research progress, this gathering served as a significant opportunity to discuss the establishment of educational networks and the enhancement of international academic potential.
