The Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences (AMS), Chiang Mai University (CMU), led by Professor Dr. Sakorn Pornprasert, Dean, along with personnel from the Clinical Microbiology Service Unit of the Center for Wellness, Faculty of AMS, CMU, received a plaque of appreciation.

The honor was presented by Roche Diagnostics (Thailand) Ltd. and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). Following the presentation, the Faculty showcased the results of the "Blue Lab" Project, which reflects the medical laboratory's commitment to setting an example in sustainable environmental management.

The event took place at the Executive Room, 1st Floor, Building 2, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Chiang Mai University, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.


About the "Blue Lab" Project

The "Blue Lab" Project is an initiative that promotes environmental concepts and sustainability within laboratories. Its main objective is to develop a standardized system for the proper and efficient separation and management of recyclable waste generated by laboratories, aiming to elevate the environmental standards of medical organizations.
