Associate Professor Dr. Jananya Panyamee Dhippayom, Vice Dean, along with faculty members and staff from the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences (AMS), Chiang Mai University (CMU), attended the IMO DAY 2025: CMU Global Innovation & Ang Kaew Holding Spin-Off event.
The ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Pongruk Sribanditmongkol, M.D., President of Chiang Mai University, and was held at the Rice Grain Auditorium, Northern Science Park (Chiang Mai Province), on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Jananya Panyamee Dhippayom offered congratulations to Professor Dr. Chatchai Tayapiwatana, a faculty member in the Department of Medical Technology at AMS and Head of the Research Project, and Dr. Veeraya Thongkham, a researcher from the CMU Research Administration Office. They were honored with the Chiang Mai University Inventor Recognition Award for their work, “Immunochromatographic Strip Test for the Detection of Anti-Interferon Gamma Autoantibodies Development,” which previously earned recognition at the Seoul International Invention Fair (SIIF 2023).
This event serves as an important platform reflecting CMU's potential in driving research and innovation to the international level, fostering extended cooperation among institutions, researchers, and the industrial sector to create sustainable commercial and social benefits.
